Blueberry recipes are very delicious treats! Some of my personal favorites are blueberry pies, candy, and tarts. I will be providing you with 24 blueberry pie recipes. Did you know that blueberries are a great source of Vitamin K? Blueberries are also a type of flower. I think that’s pretty astounding. Many nutritionists recommend that you eat blueberries for better health benefits. You can still eat what you want and eat healthier as well. 1.) Blueberry-Thyme Pie Bars
These blueberry thyme pie bars are very convenient, simple, and they look delicious! They are made with blueberries and almond pieces. What I love about the Thyme Pie Bars dish is that it’s very kid-friendly. I have no doubt that you and your children will enjoy these bars. Who doesn’t love a perfectly moist and soft baked pie? I can guarantee that it will melt at the roof of your mouth and have you wanting more!
5.) Deep Dish Black & BlueBerry Pie
The only deep dish recipe I’ve ever heard of is deep dish pizza. Just when I thought I’ve seen it all, here comes a great looking Deep Dish Black & BlueBerry Pie! I can’t imagine the amount of blueberries you’ll taste in one bite. It’s made with a gorgeous brown crust, and filled with as many blueberries you can possibly think of!
6.) Lemon Buttermilk Pie with Blueberries
The Lemon Buttermilk Pie with Blueberries may be the most beautiful pie I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Just look at the crust! I bet it was homemade! The pie shown above is made with blueberries, lemon buttermilk and a buttery crust. If your taste buds are craving a sweet and tangy taste, then this is the pie for you!
7.) No Bake Blueberry Banana Pie
Guess what guys? Here’s a pie that you don’t have to toss in the oven! Which means that you can enjoy this right after you make it (or after you let it chill for a bit). The No Bake Blueberry Banana Pie is made with blueberries and bananas. The banana layer of the pie also makes it look like a cheesecake.
8.) Blueberry Pie Filled Cupcake
There are blueberry filled donuts, but you rarely ever see blueberry filled cupcakes. The Blueberry Pie Filled Cupcake is a very unique blueberry recipe. The inside of the cupcake is not only filled with blueberries, but it’s also filled with pie crust. See! You get the best of both worlds–inside of a cupcake!
9.) Blueberry Pie Tarts
Blueberry pop tarts have nothing on these blueberry pie tarts! They don’t compare to each other at all. These cute little tarts are made with blueberries and topped with a beautifully baked pie crust. It’s a pie, but a much smaller pie for just one person. You don’t have to worry about sharing this one. You can eat these Blueberry Pie Tarts all on your lonesome!
10.) Blueberry Hand Pies
Well just look at these adorable blueberry empanadas! These Blueberry Hand Pies are made with a thick buttery crust and filled with many blueberries. There’s one thing that I really love about these hand pies. They can also be topped with what looks like sugar or salt. If you would like to stay on the sweet side of the spectrum, then sprinkle some sugar (white or powdered sugar) on top. If you’re in the mood for a salty-sweet taste, then sprinkle a bit of salt on them and voíla!
11.) No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Pie
The No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Pie is another blueberry pie that you don’t have to bake in the oven. I love easy no-bake recipes. This one is a blueberry cheesecake pie. I love cheesecake to death! It’s made with a thick and creamy cheesecake layer, blueberries, and a nice pie crust. I will be recommending this one. You should give it a try as well!
12.) Mixed Berry Pie Streusel
A Mixed Berry Pie Streusel isn’t made with just any pie crust. The crust is layered evenly on top of the pie itself. Blueberries aren’t the only berries inside of that pie. The mixed berry pie is made with blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and more. Berries, berries, and berries galore!

I don’t think you have to bake the Blueberry Raspberry Almond Galette pie. You just fill the inside of the crust and chomp away. Also, instead of almonds, you can choose any nuts that you want.

A Dash of Sanity has taken cobbler-making to another level… a level that no one has ever thought of! We all know how amazing peach cobbler tastes! It’s the best Thanksgiving and Christmas dessert on the menu. So I say that to say, the Peach and Blueberry Cobbler with Crumb Topping would be a perfect dessert for the upcoming holidays.

Just by looking at the name of the pie, I know your buds would burst with flavor! The Lemon-Blueberry Pie with Ginger-Lemon Shortbread Crust pie is made with lemon, blueberries, and a ginger-lemon shortbread crust. The original recipe of this pie came from Walkers Shortbread. Maybe you should go and check them out. I’m pretty sure they have more delicious pies just like the one attached!
16.) Blueberry Peach Pie with Cornmeal Streusel and Crust
The Blueberry Peach Pie with Cornmeal Streusel and Crust is another streusel pie that has been made with blueberries and peach pie. It’s a bit similar to the peach and blueberry cobbler pie! The only difference is the type of crust the type of crust that’s being used. If you wanted to try the blueberry peach cobbler pie, then you may want to try the Blueberry Peach Pie with Cornmeal Streusel and Crust too!
