INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM CHEESE STUFFED PEPPERS:

  • 1 lb of mini sweet peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

HOW DO YOU MAKE CREAM CHEESE STUFFED PEPPERS?

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Slice the mini sweet peppers long ways and remove the seeds

3. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, green onions and cooked bacon
