  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1 yellow onion

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Start by preheating your oven or air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and wrap them in foil.
  3. Add the peppers, onion, and wrapped garlic to the air fryer and roast for 30 minutes.

  7. Add the spices to the veggies and blend with an inversion blender until smooth.
