The truth behind concussions is that they are rough on the body. The end goal is to always avoid a concussion when possible. Taking all precautions to avoid concussions is always a smart move. Of course, talking to your child about the possibilities of a concussion is important. Every time they step onto the soccer field they are taking a risk.
