INGREDIENTS for PEPPERMINT BARK
- 1 bag, 12 oz, white chocolate chips
- 6 candy canes
HOW Do you make WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT Candy BARK?
White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
Ingredients
- 1 bag, 12 oz, white chocolate chips
- 6 candy canes
Instructions
- Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet and set aside.
- Unwrap 5 canes and place into a resealable bag. Seal shut. Use the bottom of a robust drinking glass or mason jar to break candy canes into fine pieces. Set aside.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes on high power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. Stir in crushed candy canes. Spread chocolate mixture onto prepared pan leaving mixture about 1/4" thick.
- Place remaining candy cane into the bag and coarsely crush. Sprinkle coarsely crushed candy cane onto the top of the bark. Let set until hard.
- When bark is hard, cut with a sharp knife, or score pieces and break.
