Beach Themed Cupcakes to Welcome Summer

Ingredients for Beach Themed Cupcakes Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 12 oz Wilton light pink candy melts
  • 12 oz Wilton peanut butter candy melts
  • Seashell candy mold
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
  • White frosting, any brand
  • Blue gel food coloring
  • 12 count muffin tin
  • Cupcake liners

How To Make These Super Adorable Summer Beach Ocean Themed Cupcakes:

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners. 

2) Combine the sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract and milk. 

3) Slowly fold in the flour and baking powder. 

4) Fill the cupcakes wells about 2/3 full. 

5) Bake 18-20 minutes. 

6) Remove from the oven the let cool. 

7) Pour 1/2 of the light pink and peanut butter candy melts into separate microwave-safe dishes. 

8) Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally until melted. 

9) Fill the candy mold with melted chocolate. 

10) Place in the fridge to set about 20-25 minutes. 

11) Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the white frosting and mix. 

12) Generously frost each cupcake

13) Dip 1/2 of the cupcake into the crushed graham crackers. 

14) Add a seashell and/or starfish. 

15) Repeat with all cupcakes
