INGREDIENTS FOR INSTANT POT TURKEY AND STUFFING
- 3 cups bread, sliced into small cubes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 turkey breast, with bones, thawed (make sure this fits into your instant pot. Mine was 7.75lbs)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup water
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT TURKEY AND STUFFING:

Ingredients
Stuffing Ingredients:
- 3 cups bread, sliced into small cubes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Turkey Ingredients:
- 1 turkey breast, with bones, thawed
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Stuffing Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and set aside to stuff the turkey.
- Rinse turkey breast and set onto a plate. Stuff stuffing into the cavity.
- Place 1 cup of water into the instant pot and place the turkey into the pot. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Place the lid onto the instant pot and seal shut.
- Close the pressure release valve and set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 30 minutes.
- When the cooking cycle is complete, let naturally release for 30 minutes. Release pressure and open pot.
- Remove turkey, slice and serve with stuffing.

What size pot did you use?
No added liquid or butter is needed for the stuffing? Is the steam & liquid released from the onions/celery enough moisture for it since the bread cubes are fresh instead of dried?
