I can’t quite explain how hot it gets in our area, but when it gets hot in Georgia, the taste buds start screaming for ice cream. To make this recipe you will need any Blue Bunny® ice cream flavor of your choice. I picked up a container of the NEW flavor Blue Bunny® PB ‘N Cones™ Ice Cream for this recipe. I love how they have so many delicious flavors to choose from!
To make this super fun and easy recipe, for starters you will need to cover the pizza pan with parchment paper. Then you will want to mix brownie mix according to the package directions. Pour brownie batter into the pizza pan and spread to the edge, leaving a small amount of parchment paper visible. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until done.
You will want to cool the brownie crust to room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. While the brownie crust is cooling, set out your ice cream to thaw just a bit. Spread your ice cream layer and apply the garnish of your choice. Pop back in the freezer until firm.
Slice, apply whip cream, and enjoy!!

Easy Ice Cream Pizza
Ingredients
- Brownie Mix I used an 8x8 mix
- Oil
- Egg
- Water
- Blue Bunny PB 'N Cone Ice Cream
- Garnish:
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Mini Marshmallows
- Chocolate Syrup
- Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Mix Brownie Mix according to the package directions.
- Cover pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Pour brownie batter into the pizza pan and spread to the edge, leaving a small amount of parchment paper visible.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until done.
- Cool to room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- While the brownie crust is cooling, set out your ice cream to thaw a bit(just enough to spread it on the brownie).
- Spread your ice cream layer and apply the garnish of your choice.
- Pop back int he freezer until firm.
- Slice, apply whip cream, and enjoy!!
