When I set out to cook, for the holidays, I want only the best. I mean, the holidays only come around once a year. My family and friends LOVE this recipe. Cookie Butter Blondies are a true southern recipe you’ll want to make this year.

Moist, chewy, and so decadent, there really isn’t another cookie out there like this. I’d have to say that this is one of my husband’s cookies. And for him to have a favorite is saying a lot because he loves anything I make. Enjoy this fun Cookie Butter Blondie recipe and let me know what you think.

Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350°, then grease a 9 x 9 baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, mix together your butter, eggs, brown sugar and white sugar using a hand or stand mixer.

Mix in your vanilla, salt and flour.

Fold in 1/2 cup crushed cookie butter Oreos.

Scoop your ingredients into your greased baking pan and press about 9 cookies into your batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.

Was looking for a specific recipe. Was in a hurry and never did find it. I finally gave up and looked elsewhere. Do not care for the layout. Your recipes look yummy, but will not try this again.
