You have to visit this cafe to believe the history. Located within a museum in a space that was meant to house the largest indoor pool sits The Alcazar Cafe. When the indoor pool plans didn’t work out, the cafe decided it was where it was meant to be instead. Dining in a space that was once meant to be an indoor pool is quite an experience!
The food is elegant and the presentation is beautiful as well. The Alcazar Cafe has some amazing chefs that do a great job in rotating and keeping the menu fresh and current for the needs of the patrons.

The Raintree Restaurant is truly a family affair. The current owner and her husband and son work together to keep the restaurant hopping and full of business. While they are known for their classic Beef Wellington dinner, the extensive menu offers a ton of great options for all the varying tastes and wants of your family.

Originally opened as a hotel, the transformation to a restaurant is quite remarkable. Plus, if you ask around you may hear some good ghost stories as well!
While Casa de Suenos is technically a bed and breakfast (and would be another amazing place to stay during your trip to St. Augustine), during our visit we only arrived to have breakfast.
If you are looking for an amazing place to dine with some truly delicious breakfast dishes, this is the place for you.

Flagler College
Located in St. Augustine, Flagler College is a beautiful campus that deserves a look. The really interesting aspect of this college is that it formally used to be a luxury hotel, so it still has so many “lavish” aspects to it. There is actually a woman only lounge and Tiffany glass windows that can be found without.
The students are welcoming and if you find yourself walking on the campus taking a look, you’ll more than likely we welcomed, greeted, and even possibly shown about by one or two of the students who are enrolled there.
Recently, Flagler College just celebrated it’s 50th anniversary as well!

Corazon Cinema and Cafe
The timeline and history of the Corazon Cinema and Cafe are so unique and fun. While the building currently houses 3 theaters and a dining option, it has previously been a cigar factory, an upholstery shop, and even a feed store!
It’s apparent that there are love and passion put into this business and the name certainly implies that as well.
Corazon in Spanish means “heart”, which again, shows the love for the business, but also says something about the location being that it’s right in the middle of St. Augustine as well.
Every day you’ll find something going on at this cinema and you won’t want to miss out on the experience!

St. Augustine Distillery
Offering free tours, the St. Augustine Distillery is a new and upcoming business to visit. Not only is it a new venture, but it’s a dream venture of 28 local people who wanted to break their own whiskey, rum, vodka, and gin.
Free tastings are also available throughout the tour as well!
It’s a great way to see how spirits are made since this location makes most of their own beverages there!

St. Augustine Eco Tours
Marine life and amazing views await you at the St. Augustine Eco Tours. The tour guides are amazing and knowledgeable and really take their time when talking throughout the tour.
Plus, you’ll have the chance to have an amazing view of Castillo de San Marcos and always keep your eyes peeled for dolphins! They are everywhere!
Offering guided boat tours, kayak adventures, sailing excursions and so much more, you’ll love being able to get out on the water and one with nature as well.
Their most popular tour that they offer is the Eco Boat Tour where you are exploring the waterways of St. Augustine for a glorious 1 1/2 hours. Prices for adults are$40, children ages 3 to 12 are $35, and infants 2 and under are $15.

Trolley Tour
St. Augustine has a trolley from Old Town Trolley that is available to use and take you around to different parts of the town. Sometimes, it’s just nice to have someone else drive and shuttle you to and from that knows the location!
You can purchase a day pass that allows you to just hop on and off, making it super convenient to explore St. Augustine as you want!
