Does this cake need to be refrigerated?
Depending on the type of filling you use, you may need to refrigerate the poke cake. This just depends if the filling is perishable or not.
Where did poke cake originate?
Poke Cake originated in 1970s by the Jell-O company. They were looking for ways to change up how their products were used and thus the Poke Cake was born!
