  • Meaning: Desired/water/island.

This might be the perfect name for you if you’re already at one with nature. The name is derived from the French name ‘Aveline’ which made its way to the UK with the Normans and was originally used as a masculine name. The name currently sits at number 9 in the US and number 21 in England.

3. Sophia
