Ingredients
1/4or 1/2 boneless ham
1cupbrown sugar
1/2cuphoney
1can20 oz, pineapple chunks and juice
Instructions
Place ham into the instant pot, skin side up.
Add 1 can of pineapple, with the juice, to the ham.
Pour 1 cup of brown sugar over the ham and pineapples
Add a half a cup of honey
Close the instant pot and seal the lid. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 8 minutes.
When cooking cycle is done, quickly release the pressure and open the lid. Slice ham before serving.
