Instant Pot Beef Brisket

Ingredients

flat cut beef brisket

tbs
oil
salt and pepper
1
tsp
minced garlic
1/4
cup
diced onion
1
cup
beef broth
1
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
rosemary
1
tsp
thyme
Instructions
Season beef brisket with salt and pepper.
Add oil, garlic and onion to pot with beef brisket.
Sautee until both sides are brown, about 3 minutes each side. Add broth and spices and stir.
Place the lid on the instant pot and seal shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 45 minutes.
When cooking cycle is complete, naturally release pressure for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve with desired sides.
