You won't be able to say "no" to this Peppermint White Chocolate Bark. It is a super simple 2-Ingredient No-Bake Holiday Dessert.

Ingredients
1 bag, 12 oz, white chocolate chips
6 candy canes
Instructions
Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet and set aside.
Unwrap 5 canes and place into a resealable bag. Seal shut. Use the bottom of a robust drinking glass or mason jar to break candy canes into fine pieces. Set aside.
Place chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes on high power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. Stir in crushed candy canes. Spread chocolate mixture onto prepared pan leaving mixture about 1/4" thick.
Place remaining candy cane into the bag and coarsely crush. Sprinkle coarsely crushed candy cane onto the top of the bark. Let set until hard.
When bark is hard, cut with a sharp knife, or score pieces and break.
