Spoon the thawed Cool Whip into the blender and mix for about 30 seconds
Transfer the pineapple whip mixture into 6 of your favorite popsicle molds, filling up to the top. Place the lids on the molds securely and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours
Before serving, run warm water over each popsicle mold and the pineapple whip popsicles will simply slide out
