Spicy Cabbage Coleslaw Made With Vinegar – Summer Side Dish

Ingredients

mayonnaise
¼

sugar
¼

salt

Tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
½
tsp
cumin

Tablespoons
fresh lime juice
1
tsp
sriracha sauce
or hot sauce of your choice

head of purple cabbage sliced thinly
½
head of white cabbage
sliced thinly

carrots
sliced thin.
Instructions
Wash, dry and slice vegetables thinly.
Add vegetables to a large bowl. Toss well using your hands.
In a separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar, salt, ACV, cumin, lime juice and sriracha. Mix really well.
Pour your mix over your vegetable and mix well to coat evenly. Serve by itself or on top or BBQ sandwiches.
