Ingredients
1lbbeef stew meat
1/2onionchopped
1cupfrozen corn
1cupchopped carrots
2-3white potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes
1candiced tomatoes
4cupsbeef broth
1cupwater
1tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
1teaspoonoregano
1teaspoonminced garlic
1/2teaspoonmarjoram
15oztomatoes
Instructions
Place beef and onion into the instant pot and turn on to sautee.
Sautee until beef is brown and onions are translucent.
Add corn, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes to instant pot.
Stir in beef broth, water and spices.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the instant pot and seal the pressure release. Turn the pressure cooker on Manual, High pressure, for 5 minutes.
When instant pot is finished, quickly release pressure and open the pot. Serve while hot.
