Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

bulk breakfast sausage

oz
sliced mushrooms

cups
cheddar cheese
1
cup
heavy cream

bag shredded hash browns

tbs
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Over a medium heat cook bulk sausage until no longer pink.
Remove from pan reserving oils from sausage.
Place oil in the pan with the sausage oils.
Cook potatoes and mushrooms until mushrooms are tender and potatoes are slightly brown.
Mix together meat and potatoes.
Remove from heat. In a large bowl beat together eggs and heavy cream until well blended.
Spray a 9x9 pan with cooking oil. Pour in potatoes and sausage mixture.
Pour your egg mixture over the mixture.
Add cheddar cheese to the top and bake for 25-30 minutes or until top begins to get golden brown.
