1packageRefrigerated pizza dough
1/2cuppizza sauce
1cupmozzarella cheese
2cupswaters

Grease a pan that fits into your instant pot with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Spread your pizza dough onto a flat surface and press to shape to even thickness. Place the prepared pan on top of the dough and cut around the dough with a knife. You'll have a circle shape. Place dough into the pan.
Spoon sauce onto pizza and spread it out evenly on the dough, being sure not to put sauce around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle cheese and place the toppings of your choice on the pizza dough.
Cover the pan with foil.
Create a foil sling by folding a long piece of foil in half. Place the foil under the pan and bring the ends up and around the pan.
Place the trivet into the instant pot and fill with water. Place the sling and pizza into the pot. Tuck in the ends of the sling.
Place the lid on the instant pot and seal shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 15 minutes.
When cooking cycle is complete, quickly release the pressure. Open the pot and carefully remove the pizza and foil sling. Discard foil and top pizza with fresh basil if desired.
