White Chocolate Peppermint Candy Bark

As someone who likes to bake, I’m head over heels for this simple holiday recipe because it only has two ingredients. (yes, just 2!) How in the world can two simple ingredients create this mouth-watering treat?! Let’s just call it what it truly is…a true miracle of Christmas.

INGREDIENTS for PEPPERMINT BARK

  • 1 bag, 12 oz, white chocolate chips
  • 6 candy canes

HOW Do you make WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT Candy BARK?

1. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet and set aside.
2. Unwrap 5 canes and place into a resealable bag. Seal shut. Use the bottom of a robust drinking glass or mason jar to break candy canes into fine pieces. Set aside.
3. Place chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes on high power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. Stir in crushed candy canes. Spread chocolate mixture onto prepared pan leaving mixture about 1/4″ thick.

4. Place remaining candy cane into the bag and coarsely crush. Sprinkle coarsely crushed candy cane onto the top of the bark. Let set until hard.
5. When the bark is hard, cut with a sharp knife, or score pieces and break.
